You choose the service you require; a contingency based search where our fee is only payable on successful appointment or a retained search which gives you access to the very best discounted rates plus the option of spreading the cost.
We are up front about our fees and we will agree everything with you at the start and explain our terms of business. On a contingency basis we invoice you on the day the candidate commences employment.
We provide an aftercare service so in the unlikely event the candidate should leave your employment then subject to our standard terms of business we offer you a FREE replacement.
No hidden costs - For interim and temporary appointments we will ensure you are aware of any additional costs so following the initial appointment should you extend the duration of the assignment or make the candidate a permanent offer you will not be faced with any unexpected costs.
